Toronto Ribfest is publicized on television, radio, in the Toronto Sun, Toronto Star, Etobicoke Life Magazine, Etobicoke Guardian, and Mississauga News newspapers.

Program booklets are distributed on site, and about 350 road signs are placed throughout Etobicoke and west Toronto to direct people to Toronto Ribfest.

As well, 4' x 12' banners for the major sponsors are erected on-site.
