Toronto Ribfest fills over 1000 4-hour shifts to implement a successful event. Thank you to the hundreds of volunteers who make it such a great festival.
Everyone in the Rotary Club of Etobicoke is involved, but that only covers a small portion of what's needed.
So, we really can’t do Ribfest without you! Please keep Toronto Ribfest in mind as you plan your Canada Day Weekend!
Why Volunteer?
Volunteering at Toronto Ribfest is a great opportunity to meet people, give back to the community, and have fun!
High school students can earn community service credits / time toward their volunteer requirements.

Who Ribfest Supports
ALL the money raised goes via the Rotary Club of Etobicoke into supporting community activities and requirements. 100%. And with such a terrific event, the Rotary Club of Etobicoke is fortunate to be able to help make a difference in the lives of many Torontonians.
How is Money Raised
Toronto Ribfest raises money in four ways:
- The ribbers and vendors pay to participate.
- Sponsorships.
- Your donation to the Toronto Food Initiative at the entrance; and,
- Drink sales.
